I've been struggling to get enough running miles in these past few months, so it's time for a change. Introducing plan 1... Run, Work, Lift. Rather than trying to get a run in at lunch, or after work, I'm returning to my olde school strategy of running first thing. No matter what time I awake, it's going to be Run O'clock. For now, im less interested in the actual number of miles I achieve. Instead I will focus on building the habit of running before I do anything else. After my run, I will do my usual work day, and then fit in some kind of lifting session, such as calisthenics, weights, or kettle bells workout. Rince and repeat for 30 days and reassess.
